✦ Terms Of Service ✦

• Payment schedule goes as is:
- 50% after sketch and revision
- Complete work with heavy watermarks will be sent. Once finalised, remaining 50% will be paid.
- Final clean work with no watermarks will be sent after payment is complete.• There may be an additional fee for more complicated works. Fees will be charged in percentage increments of 5.• TAT is around 3-8 days from when your commission is started, but may take longer. Commissions are mostly worked on one at a time, meaning that the lower you are on the waitlist, the longer it will take for your commission to start and finish.• I do not accept refunds.• I retain the right to decline any commission order that I do not feel comfortable with.• I will only consider negotiating explicit topics with those 18 years of age and above. I will also require proof of age if commissioning said topics.• I retain all copyrights over commissioned work; I also reserve the right to upload, post, and share commissioned pieces on my social media, in advertisements and in my portfolios.• You may NOT make profits from the commissioned artwork unless it has been discussed that the artwork is for commercial use, in which there is to be a 50% fee.
- Commercial fees will apply (200% of the original price) if the artwork is to be used commercially without permission.• You may NOT edit watermarks off of commissioned work. Watermarks will always be placed unobtrusively, and positioning can be discussed.Topics and subjects I am not comfortable with and reserve the right to decline:

- Slight NSFW
Absolutely do not feel comfortable with the following:
- detailed mecha art
- explicit sexual NSFW
- Racist, sexist, homophobic requests.
- Pro-ships; including pedo/zoo-philia, incest, etc.
- Hateful violence/messages
